During the redevelopment process, it is mandatory to have our plot are measured and also demarcated with respect to the adjoining land parcels. This process must be undertaken by the Government Offices. The Govt measurement is time consuming as well as costly affair. Hence private surveying is opted for preparing feasibility report for the redevelopment purpose.
We undertake such Survey tasks for the societies and find practical time saving way out. The plot area of the society is measured using the Total Station surveying machine and the current area is measured using the existing boundaries of the society/apartment plot.
Also the access road widths are measured for calculating the present FSI potential of the plot considering the UDCPR rules.
Also we undertake the carpet area measurement of the flat internal area to be used in feasibility calculations along with the INDEX-II comparison. Also these area measurements are useful to arrive at the Carpet are calculations and inviting builders offers. The old sanction plan areas are converted to current terminology of RERA carpet for inviting offers.
